So I reallllly don’t like to spend money on clothes. You all probably think, “Oh, he must get all of his clothes sent to him.” or “He doesn’t even like the clothes he’s shooting, he’s just doing it because he’s getting paid to wear them.” You’d all be wrong. First and foremost, I only work with brands who I trust, who I’m faithful to, and who I actually want to represent. Oh and also NO, I don’t get all of my clothes sent to me, I actually go shopping quite often (every weekend, whoops). But going shopping does not mean actually buying something every time I step into a store. I’m pretty meticulous when it comes to my wardrobe. I really don’t spend over $70 on a single item. Unless it’s a MUST HAVE, I can’t justify spending $80 for a sweater that I can find for cheap somewhere else or that I have in multiple colors already. It just wouldn’t make any sense to me.
I tend to stick with brands I know will have quality items that won’t break my bank. One such brand is River Island. River Island just made their appearance to the US online market and changed my wardrobe for the better. I go for style and comfort over functionality so if I see a cute comfy sweater that I can pair with some trousers or jeans you bet I’ll be the first one to buy. Check out how I did just that in the photos below and be sure to check out the new collection from River Island.
